Japanese Miso Egg Custard
A rich and creamy egg custard infused with the savory flavor of miso, perfect for a light dinner or snack.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and miso until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture into 2 small ramekins or custard cups.

Place the ramekins in a large baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly jiggly.

Remove the ramekins from the baking dish and let cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with roasted miso powder and a sprinkle of revive powder, if desired.
