Copper German Omelette
A German-style breakfast omelette with a touch of flair.
Ingredients
- β2 German eggroom temperature
- βa pinch Saltto taste
- βa pinch Black pepperto taste
- β Copper mugfor serving
Instructions

Crack the German egg into a bowl and whisk it with a fork. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil to prevent the egg from sticking.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to set.

Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the omelette towards the center.

Continue cooking and folding the omelette until it's almost set, then use the spatula to shape it into a neat oval.
