Classic Valencian Paella
A traditional Spanish dish originating from the Valencia region, made with saffron-infused rice, succulent seafood, and savory chicken.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup Valencian rice
- ●1/4 cup Quinoaoptional
- ●2 cups Aerated chicken broth
- ●1 pound Yummy shrimp
- ●2 tablespoons Paella
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●2 medium Tomato
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and onion and sauté until softened.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink.

Add the tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the Valencian rice and stir to coat with oil.

Add the quinoa (if using), aerated chicken broth, and paella.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Stir in the saffron and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
