Spicy Mexican Quesadillas
A flavorful and spicy twist on traditional quesadillas, filled with melted cheese, chiles, and a hint of tangy flavors.
Ingredients
- β4-6 pieces Quesadilla Tortillas (4-6)
- β1 cup, shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
- β1/2 cup, chopped Tangy SalsaHomemade or store-bought
- β1/2 cup Diced Chiles (such as Anaheim or Poblano)
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
- βto taste Salt and PepperSeason to taste

1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, mix together the cheese blend and diced chiles.

3. Add the chopped cilantro to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.

4. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle a quarter of the cheese mixture onto half of the tortilla.

5. Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

6. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

7. Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the other side is also crispy.

8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

9. Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve with tangy salsa.
