Lamb Dumplings with Arabic Spices
A traditional Arabic dish, these flavorful lamb dumplings are a hearty meal for any occasion.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb
- β2 cups All-purpose flour
- β2 tbsp Yummy Arabic spice mix
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 inches Ginger
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β2 cups Water
- β2 tbsp Olive oil

1. In a large bowl, combine lamb, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

2. Add the yummy Arabic spice mix and mix until the lamb is evenly coated.

3. Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough forms.

4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5. Divide the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

6. Roll out each ball of dough into a thin circle.

7. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

8. Add a few dumplings to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
