Brazilian Fish Wrap
A flavorful Brazilian-inspired fish wrap with fresh ingredients. This dish is perfect for a quick and easy lunch.
Ingredients
- β4 oz Fish fillet (tilapia or cod)Fresh and sustainable
- β2 tbsp Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp Olive oilExtra virgin
- β1/4 cup CilantroFresh leaves
- β1 Wrap (gluten-free)Large flour tortilla
- β1/2 Sliced avocadoRipe and creamy
- β1/2 Sliced red onionThinly sliced
- β1/2 Sliced tomatoFresh and juicy
- β Salt and pepperTo taste

1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
