Cajun Sushi Couscous

- β1 tsp couscous seasoning
- β1 can (5 oz) canned tuna in waterdrained
- β1 medium cucumbersliced
- β1 medium carrotspeeled and grated
- β1 tsp cajun seasoning
- β2 tbsp sushi rice vinegar
- β2 cups water
- β1 sheet sushi nori

Bring water to a boil, add couscous seasoning and couscous.

Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Fluff with a fork.

Mix cajun seasoning with tuna, cucumber, and carrots.
