Argentinian Choripan Skewers
Grilled lamb skewers with charred onions and a side of chimichurri sauce, inspired by the streets of Argentina.

Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Lamb ChopsCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 large OnionCut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 large Red Bell PepperCut into 1-inch pieces
- β2-3 Red ChiliesCut into 1-inch pieces
- β4-5 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1 cup Chimichurri Sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Thread lamb, onion, red bell pepper, and red chilies onto skewers.
