Thai Charred Cheese Satay
A twist on traditional satay, this Thai-inspired dish features charred cheese as the main protein, served with a side of spicy peanut sauce.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup yummy sauce
- β1 tsp tagine spice blend
- β1/2 cup peanuts
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β2 cloves garlic

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

3. Brush the cheese with vegetable oil and season with tagine spice blend.
