Pan-Seared Pork Gyoza
A fusion of Asian flavors with a crispy twist. Pan-seared gyoza filled with savory pork and pan-fried to perfection.
Ingredients

- β1 package (about 20 pieces) gyoza
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce yummyoptional
- β1 tablespoon sesame oil charoptional
- β1 teaspoon grated ginger chineseoptional
Instructions

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and swirl to coat the pan.

Add the pork and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the grated ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add the gyoza to the pan, arranging them in a single layer.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown.

Add 1 tablespoon of water to the pan and cover with a lid.
