Egyptian Tagine Chicken
A flavorful and aromatic dish from Egyptian cuisine, featuring tender chicken and a rich tagine sauce.
Ingredients

- ●1 large green pepper
- ●2 teaspoons yummy spices (cumin, coriander, cinnamon)
- ●1 cup tagine sauce
- ●1/2 cup egyptian yogurt
- ●1/4 cup green olives

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Add more oil if necessary, then sauté the green pepper until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the yummy spices and cook for 1 minute.

Add the tagine sauce and stir to combine.

Return the chicken to the pot and simmer, covered, until the chicken is cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
