Crispy Polish Tofu Bowl
A delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines crispy tofu with polish flavors. Serve over a bowl with your favorite sides.
Ingredients
- β250g tofu
- β2 tbsp yummy sauce
- β1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup crispy breadcrumbs
- β1 tsp polish spices
- β bowlfor serving
- β1 cup vegetable oil
- β2 carrotfor garnish
- β1 onionfor garnish
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Cut the tofu into cubes and place on a plate.

In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, polish spices, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Dip each tofu cube into the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Dip the flour-coated tofu into the yummy sauce, making sure to coat all sides.

Roll the tofu in the crispy breadcrumbs to coat.

Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

When the oil is hot, add the tofu to the skillet and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the tofu from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
