North African Duck Tagine
A rich and flavorful Moroccan stew cooked to perfection in a clay pot. This recipe combines the tender duck with sweet and tangy dates and spices.
Ingredients

- β1 cup date
- β3 tbsp yummy
- β2 tbsp roast
- β1 cup tagine
- β1 tsp night

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Rinse the duck and pat it dry with paper towels.

Season the duck with salt, pepper, and roast.

Heat the yummy in a clay pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the duck to the pot and sear until browned on all sides.

Add the dates, tagine, and night to the pot.
