Saudi Arabian Lentil Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Saudi Arabia, made with lentils, dal, and a blend of spices.

Ingredients
- ●2 cups green onions
- ●2 tsp saudi arabian spicesavailable at most middle eastern grocery stores
- ●1 cup dal
- ●1 cup lentils
- ●1/2 cup fermented yogurt
- ●2 tbsp yummy saucea mix of soy sauce and lemon juice
- ●2 cups arabian rice

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the Saudi Arabian spices and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the green onions and cook until they start to soften.

Add the dal and lentils, and stir to combine.

Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.
