Malaysian Beef Noodle Soup
A hearty and flavorful noodle soup originating from Malaysia, made with beef, fermented elements, and a rich broth.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Fermented Fish Sauce
- β1 package Malaysian Noodles
- β4 cups Beef Broth
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β2 medium Onions
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- β1 tablespoon Ginger

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are translucent.

Add the beef broth, fermented fish sauce, fish sauce, and ginger to the pot.
