Chicken and Noodle Ukrainian Dish
A hearty and comforting Ukrainian-inspired dish made with chicken, noodles, and a hint of fluffy goodness.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β8 ounces noodleswide egg noodles
- β4 tablespoons fluffy buttersoftened
- β2 medium yummy carrotspeeled and sliced
- β1 teaspoon ukrainian seasoning blendavailable at most grocery stores
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β2 cups water

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente.

3. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of fluffy butter over medium-high heat.

4. Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.

5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

6. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of fluffy butter to the skillet.

7. Add the sliced carrots and cook until tender.

8. Stir in the Ukrainian seasoning blend and cook for 1 minute.

9. Add the cooked noodles back into the skillet and toss with the carrot mixture.
