- β100ml cure coconut milkfull-fat
- β2 tablespoons malaysian soy sauceor regular soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons satay spicesor garam masala and cumin
- β1 tablespoon fish sauceoptional
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor brushing
- β150g tofucut into bite-sized pieces
