Irish Apple Grilled Chicken
A sweet and savory dish featuring grilled chicken, tender apples, and a hint of Irish flair.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup yogurtplain, unflavored
- β2 tablespoons honeyraw, pure
- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- β1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepperoptional
- β1/2 teaspoon saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepperto taste
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor grilling

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, cumin, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken to the bowl and coat with the yogurt mixture, making sure to get some under the skin as well.

Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F.

Meanwhile, slice the apple into wedges.

Grill the apple for 2-3 minutes per side, or until it has a nice char.
