Saudi Arabian Lamb Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic North African-inspired dish made with lamb mince, spices, and dried fruits.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb Mince
- β2 tablespoons YummyYummy spice blend (ground cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ginger)
- β1 tablespoon MidniteMidnite spice blend (ground cinnamon, allspice, cardamom)
- β1 teaspoon CravingCraving spice blend (ground turmeric, paprika)
- β1 teaspoon Saudi Arabian SpiceSaudi Arabian spice blend (ground cumin, coriander, cinnamon)
- β2 tablespoons ArabianDried mixed herbs (parsley, cilantro)
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β100g Dried FruitsDried dates, prunes, and apricots
Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven or saucepan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add lamb mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add yummy, midnite, craving, saudi, and arabian spice blends and cook for 1 minute.

Add dried fruits and stir to combine.

Add 500ml of water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
