Polish Herring Curry
A unique twist on traditional Polish cuisine, this herring curry combines the flavors of Eastern Europe with the warmth of India.
Ingredients

- ●2 tsp curry powder
- ●1 large onion
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●200ml yummy sauce
- ●4 slices polish rye breadfor serving

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Rinse the herring fillets under cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and place on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with yummy sauce and sprinkle with curry powder.

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, slice the onion and sauté in a pan until softened.

Mince the garlic and add to the pan, cooking for another minute.

Serve the herring on top of a slice of polish rye bread, with the onion and garlic mixture spooned over the top.

Garnish with a sprinkle of curry powder and a dollop of yummy sauce.
