Smoky Tofu Skewers
A tasty and easy-to-make recipe featuring smoky tofu on skewers, perfect for a quick dinner or lunch.
Ingredients
- β1 block (12 oz) Extra Firm Tofu
- β1/4 cup Greek VinaigretteStore-bought or homemade
- β2 tsp Smoky Paprika
- β1 tsp Garlic Powder
- β1/2 tsp Salt
- β1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- β10-12 Greek SkewersWooden or metal
- β1 pint Cherry TomatoesHalved

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375Β°F).

2. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and place in a shallow dish.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek vinaigrette, smoky paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

4. Pour the marinade over the tofu and coat evenly.

5. Thread the tofu, cherry tomatoes, and a few sprigs of rosemary (if using) onto the skewers.
