Mexican Fish Tacos
A flavorful and spicy Mexican dish featuring pan-seared fish, crunchy slaw, and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets (6 ounces each) Fish (such as cod or tilapia)
- β8-10 tortillas Yummy Norwegian springy flour tortillaswarmed
- βjuice of 2 limes Lime juice
- β1 cup sour cream Pudding (for slaw)mixed with 1 tablespoon lime juice
- β2 teaspoons Fish taco seasoning
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- β1/2 cup Diced onion
- β1 cup Diced tomato
- β Salt and pepper

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the fish with fish taco seasoning. Add the fish to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Stir in the diced onion and diced tomato.

Assemble the tacos by placing a cooked fish fillet onto a warmed tortilla, followed by a spoonful of the slaw mixture.
