Turkish Pear Pide
A traditional Turkish flatbread topped with sweet pear and a hint of spice. Perfect as a dessert or snack.

- ●1 ripe pear, sliced Pear
- ●1 tsp Turkish Spice BlendAvailable at most Middle Eastern markets
- ●2 tbsp Honey
- ●1 tsp Unsalted Butter, softened

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the pide dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Top the butter with sliced pear, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the Turkish spice blend over the pear.

Drizzle honey over the pear and spice blend.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the pear is tender.
