Turkish-Style Grilled Cheese with Reblochon
A fusion of Turkish flavors and French cheese in a grilled cheese sandwich. This recipe features a rich and creamy Reblochon cheese, paired with the spicy kick of Turkish red pepper flakes.
Ingredients
- ●1 wheel (about 1 pound) Reblochon cheesesoft, washed-rind cheese
- ●4 slices Yummy breadpreferably a crusty bread
- ●1 teaspoon Turkish red pepper flakesadd to taste for some heat
- ●2 tablespoons Unsalted butterfor greasing the grill

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Butter one side of each bread slice.

Place one bread slice, butter-side down, on the grill.

Top with a slice of Reblochon cheese, a sprinkle of Turkish red pepper flakes, and another bread slice.

Grill for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Flip the sandwich over and grill for another 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining bread and cheese slices.
