Spicy Yellow Paella with Beans
A flavorful and spicy paella dish made with yellow rice, beans, and indian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 cup yellow rice
- β1 cup beanscooked
- β1 tsp indian spice blend
- β1/2 cup glazed yellow onion
- β1 medium yummy tomatodiced
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 cups water
- β1 tsp paella seasoning
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the glazed yellow onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the indian spice blend and cook for 1 minute.

Add the yellow rice and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the water, paella seasoning, and yummy tomato. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.

Add the cooked beans to the paella and stir to combine.

Continue to simmer, covered, for an additional 5 minutes.
