Classic American Cornbread Casserole
A twist on the traditional cornbread, this casserole combines the flavors of America in a heartwarming dish.
Ingredients

- β1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- β1/2 cup sour cream
- β2 large eggs
- β4-5 slices sliced bacon
- β1/4 cup chopped scallions
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cook the sliced bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
