Pan-Seared Fish in Papillote
A simple and flavorful dish where fish is cooked in parchment paper with a touch of Croatian spices. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients

- β4 pieces Papillote parchment paperLarge enough to wrap the fish
- β1 tsp Croatian spice blendAvailable in most Croatian or Mediterranean stores
- β2 tbsp Lemon juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing the papillote
- β1 clove GarlicMinced
- β1 sprig Fresh parsleyFor garnish

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Place a piece of fish in the center of a large piece of parchment paper.

Add a sprinkle of Croatian spice blend, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil over the fish.
