Irish Hash with Spinach
A hearty and flavorful Irish-inspired dish made with crispy hash browns, fresh spinach, and a hint of northern charm.

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.

In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the hash brown mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Drizzle the remaining butter over the top of the hash browns.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the hash browns are crispy and golden brown.
