Tofu Pie
A twist on a classic pie filled with a zesty tofu filling. Perfect for a light dinner or snack.

- β1 block Tofupressed and drained
- β1 pre-made crust Pie Crusthomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup Zesty Saucesee below for recipe
- β1/4 cup Vegan Buttermelted
- β2 tsp Nutritional Yeastoptional
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the pie crust and place in a pie dish.

Press the tofu into the pie crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

In a blender, combine the zesty sauce, vegan butter, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
