Bitter Sausage Toad in the Hole
A classic British dish with sausages cooked in a bitter beer batter, served in a toad in the hole style.

- β1 cup All-purpose flour

In a large bowl, whisk together the bitter beer, flour, eggs, and milk.

Add salt and pepper to the batter and mix well.
