Thai Tofu Curry
A flavorful and spicy Thai-inspired curry made with crispy tofu and a blend of aromatic spices. Serve over steamed rice or noodles for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 block, drained and cut into bite-sized pieces Extra-firm tofu
- β2 tablespoons Thai curry pastespicy
- β1 can (14 oz) Coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons Zesty lime juice
- β1 tablespoon Briny fish sauce
- β1/4 cup, chopped Thai basil leaves
- β1, sliced Red bell pepper
- β1, sliced Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.

Add the curry paste to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add the lime juice, fish sauce, and stir to combine.

Return the tofu to the skillet and stir to coat with the curry sauce.
