Almond-Crusted Saltimbocca

- ●zesty 1/4 cuplemon juice
- ●italian 1/4 cupwhite wine
- ●saltimbocca 1 teaspoonseasoning

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the Saltimbocca with saltimbocca seasoning.

Dredge the Saltimbocca in the slivered almonds, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat the buttery butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the almond-crusted Saltimbocca for 2-3 minutes on each side.
