Roasted Canadian Turkey Breast with Zesty Gravy

- ●1 tablespoon zestyzesty seasoning blend
- ●2 tablespoons roastolive oil
- ●1 teaspoon salt
- ●1 teaspoon pepper
- ●1 medium, peeled and chopped onion
- ●2 medium, peeled and chopped carrot
- ●2 stalks, chopped celery
- ●2 tablespoons all-purpose flourgluten-free all-purpose flour
- ●1 cup chicken broth
