Venezuelan Quesadilla
A twist on the classic quesadilla, filled with melty cheese and a hint of Venezuelan spice.

- β4 quesadillacorn tortillas
- β1 cup zesty venezuelan cheeseshredded or sliced
- β2 tsp charred venezuelan spice blendstore-bought or homemade

Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Place a quesadilla in the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese on half of the tortilla.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the cheese.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
