Creamy Irish Stew
A comforting, low-carb twist on the classic Irish stew, using shirataki noodles and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- β8 oz shirataki noodlesdrained and rinsed
- β1 package Irish stew mixsee package for contents
- β1 lb zesty sausagecooked and sliced
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup heavy creamor substitute with almond milk
- β1/2 cup cheddar cheeseshredded

Cook the shirataki noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the zesty sausage over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the Irish stew mix to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the cooked shirataki noodles to the skillet and stir to combine.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
