Ingredients
- β8 oz PastaSpaghetti or fettuccine work well
- β4 oz BottargaCured tuna roe
- β1/4 cup ZestyChopped fresh parsley or lemon zest
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor cooking pasta
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tsp Italian seasoningDried herbs like basil and oregano
- β1/2 cup Parmesan cheeseGrated
- β2 tbsp CreamHeavy cream or half-and-half

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add bottarga and cook for 2-3 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
