Italian Beef Piadina Rolls
A keto Italian-inspired dish featuring slow-cooked beef in a crispy piadina roll.
Ingredients

- ●4-6 sheets piadina
- ●2 tbsp italianOlive oil and herbs

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the beef into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the Italian seasonings over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the beef to a slow cooker and add 1 cup of beef broth.

Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until tender.

Meanwhile, roll out the piadina into thin sheets.
