Crispy Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons zesty seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β1/2 cup crisp coating mixstore-bought or homemade
- β10-12 mexican skewerswood or bamboo
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor brushing
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
