Norwegian-Style Cauliflower Toast
A crispy and flavorful toast topped with sautéed cauliflower and a hint of zesty Norwegian seasoning.

- ●1 tsp Zesty Norwegian Seasoning
- ●4 slices Crisp Norwegian Bread (Toast)
- ●2 tbsp Butter
- ● Saltto taste

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Add the zesty Norwegian seasoning to the cauliflower and toss to coat.

4. Meanwhile, toast the Norwegian bread slices in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until crispy.

5. To assemble the toast, place a toasted bread slice on a plate, top with a spoonful of the sautéed cauliflower, and drizzle with the remaining 1 tbsp of butter.
