Syrian Paella

- β1 cup Syrian Paella Ricepreferably day-old rice
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β2 Crisp Bell Peppersany color
- β1 medium Zesty Onion
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantrooptional

Heat oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add peppers and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.
