Jamaican Pork Skewers with Zesty Glaze
Sweet and spicy Jamaican pork skewers marinated in a zesty glaze, perfect for a summer barbecue.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
- β1/4 cup Zesty glaze (see below)
- β10-12 Skewers (wooden or metal)
- β1/4 cup Crispy onion, chopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together jerk seasoning, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, and garlic.

Add the pork cubes to the marinade and mix until they are evenly coated.
