Ukrainian Stew
A hearty stew made with tender turkey neck and vegetables, inspired by traditional Ukrainian cuisine.
Ingredients

- β2 Carrotspeeled and chopped
- β3 Potatoespeeled and chopped
- β1 Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 packet Dense Stew Mixfollow package instructions
- β1 tsp Zesty Salt-Free Seasoning
- β1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the chopped carrots and potatoes, cook for 5 minutes.

Add the turkey neck and dense stew mix, follow package instructions.

Add the zesty salt-free seasoning and black pepper, stir to combine.

Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours.
