- β1 can (14.5 oz) Zesty tomatoes
- β2 stalks Lemongrass
- β1 lb Beef stew meat
- β1 large Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 cups Beef broth
- β1 cup Stew

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until softened, 5 minutes.
