Delicious Poblano Tacos
A flavorful and spicy taco recipe with roasted poblano peppers and crispy tortillas. Serve with your favorite toppings.

- ●1/4 cup 1/4 cup zesty Mexican salsastore-bought or homemade
- ●8 8 corn tortillaslook for fresh or high-quality
- ●1/4 cup 1/4 cup shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar)adjust to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roast the poblano peppers on a baking sheet for 30-40 minutes, or until the skin is blistered and charred.

Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool. Peel off the skin, remove the seeds, and chop the flesh into small pieces.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the tortillas for 30-60 seconds on each side, or until they're crispy and lightly browned.
