Norwegian Vegetable Pie
A savory pie filled with a mix of vegetables, perfect for a weeknight dinner. This recipe is a hearty and flavorful take on a classic dish.
Ingredients

- ●2 medium Zesty Carrotspeeled and chopped
- ●1 cup Vegetablesmixture of diced potatoes, zucchini, and onions
- ●1 tsp Pie Spicesmix of salt, pepper, and nutmeg
- ●2 tbsp Melted Butterunsalted

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the flaky crust and place in a pie dish.

In a pan, sauté the chopped carrots and mixed vegetables until tender.

Add the pie spices and stir to combine.
