Vietnamese-Style Zesty Chicken

- β2 tablespoons zesty spice blendstore-bought or homemade
- β1 teaspoon bo kho spiceground

- β1/2 cup pork rindscrushed

- β2 tablespoons lime juicefreshly squeezed

In a shallow dish, mix together flour, zesty spice blend, and bo kho spice.
