Pan-Seared Chicken Hash
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines crispy chicken with a crunchy hash of potatoes and vegetables.
Ingredients
- β2 chicken breastsboneless and skinless
- β1 cup hash brownsfresh or frozen, thawed
- β1 tsp zesty hash browns seasoningor to taste
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped
- β4 slices canadian bacondiced
- β2 tbsp olive oilor other cooking oil

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, heat the hash browns in a separate skillet over medium heat.
