Kung Pao Noodles
A spicy Chinese-inspired stir-fry dish made with zesty noodles, gooey sauce, and savory pork.

Ingredients
- β8 oz zesty noodles
- β1/2 lb porkthinly sliced
- β2 chinese chili peppers
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β2 tbsp goey sauce (oyster sauce + hoisin sauce)
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp ginger
- β1/4 cup scallionschopped

Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions.

Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add pork and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove pork from wok and set aside.

Add chili peppers, garlic, and ginger to wok and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add soy sauce, gooey sauce, and cooked noodles to wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Return pork to wok and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
