Ukrainian-Style Zesty Pancakes
A twist on traditional pancakes, infused with the flavors of Ukraine. Fluffy, zesty, and perfect for a weekend breakfast.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose flourroom temperature
- β1/2 cup grated zesty cheeseat room temperature
- β2 large eggsroom temperature
- β1 cup milkat room temperature
- β2 tablespoons sugargranulated
- β2 tablespoons butter, meltedcooled slightly

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and grated zesty cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

The batter should still be slightly lumpy.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the skillet.
