Indian-Style Pork Goi Cuon
A fusion of Indian and Vietnamese flavors, this dish brings a twist to the traditional pork spring rolls, with a zesty and gooey twist.

In a pan, heat the melted ghee over medium heat.

Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder.

Add the ground pork and cook until browned.

Add the zesty sauce and stir well.

Soak the rice paper in water for about 5 minutes.

Assemble the spring rolls by placing a tablespoon of the pork mixture onto the center of a rice paper sheet.

Add a few slices of cucumber and carrot, and a goi leaf.

Fold the bottom half of the rice paper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the spring roll.
